The Stakeout

On this episode of The StakeOut, we talk about Season 2 Episode 9 What's My Line, Part 1 .  Drucilla is sicker than usual, or so the show would have us believe, and Spike is super determined to find a cure for real this time. Also some there-aren't-enough-quotation-marks-in-the-world-for-this "Bad Ass" assassins show up to try and kill Buffy. It goes about as well as the last time they tried this exact same thing.

On this episode of The StakeOut it's Season 2 Episode 8,  The Dark Age . I'd love to tell you what this episode is about, but we recorded it like 3 months ago and then got busy moving to a new place and I never got around to uploading it. So this will be as much a surprise to me as it is to you! That thumbnail image doesn't look promising though.

On this episode of The StakeOut we talk about Season 2 Episode 7,  Lie To Me;  in which a character from Buffy's old school shows up and the two of them definitely have a well established relationship with a good rapport so it will totally be very shocking and emotionally fraught when he inevitably turns out to be the bad guy.

Just in time for Halloween, it's Halloween ! That is to say the Season 2 episode of Buffy titled "Halloween." For this episode the spirits have seen fit to bless us with an episode that is chock full of awesome monsters and even awesomer Cordelia quotes.

This week an ancient evil snake demon gets a little handy with Cordelia. Also Christina kills Carl and that's the end of the podcast because Carl is dead.

Inca Mummy Girl.  What is there to say about this episode that isn't already covered in the title? There's a mummy. She's a girl. She's Incan. That's about all there is really. Well that and horribly awkward cultural appropriation.

This week on The StakeOut , Spike is finally here in all his Southern-Lawyer-British-Punk goodness. Also, Buffy is just too badass for this school, so she has to do parent teacher night to prove something about something good student.

This week on The StakeOut , it's Frankenstein but if the monster were a jock and Dr. Frankenstein were his mopey brother and Igor was a murderpervert. This week on The StakeOut , we return from a brief break to start season two! Buffy is dealing with issues (which is TV code for "suffering from a debilitating mental illness") and the creators remembered Cordelia is a character.

This week on The StakeOut, Ms Calendar has turned every day into a Monday and won't change them back until the city gives her $1,000,000! Oh, also there's something to do with Buffy dying or whatever.

On this weeks Episode of The Stakeout, we learn that Mitch is into pegging (no judgments) and being naked give you super strength.

This week we talk about Season 1 Episode 10,  Nightmares . Despite this episode being full of monsters and demons and 80's hair, somehow the most terrifying villain turns out to be a little league coach.

This week we talk about Season 1 Episode 9, The Puppet Show, in which they try to replace Flutie with some jerk and think we'll just sit by and accept this usurper without a fight! Also there's some stuff about demons or whatever.

This week's episode is Season 1 Episode 8, I Robot, You Jane . Are you Jacked-In to the Binary Database of the World Wide Web's Motherboard E-Letter?

This week we talk about Season 1 Episode 7,  Angel. In this episode, Buffy faces her most dangerous foes yet, a gang of three unstoppable vampires who- oh wait never mind they're dead.

This week we mourn the loss of the series' greatest hero.

This week we talk about Season 1 Episode 5, Don't Kill a Boy on the First Date  which is a very interesting title for an episode that is mostly about the most boring human being ever captured on film.

In Episode 4 we talk about Season 1 Episode 4, Teacher's Pet and complain a lot about how this show's portrayal of mantids of various sizes.

In Episode 3 of the Stakeout, we talk about Season 1 Episode 3, The Witch  and it's complex look at the relationship between mothers and daughters. Just kidding, it's about evil cheerleading!

In Episode 2 of The StakeOut, we talk about Season 1 Episode 2 The Harvest , which involves a lot of vampires, casual walking, tiger sounds and people being maybe not as scared of things as they should be.
